No. Packing, loading, transport, unloading and unpacking are listed in the written quote. Only things you add later, like extra items or a change in address, can change the price.

For local moves, 3 to 5 days in advance is usually enough. For intercity moves and month-end or festival dates, book 1 to 2 weeks ahead.

Our trained team packs everything using bubble wrap, foam sheets, corrugated sheets and strong cartons. You only need to keep cash, jewellery and important documents with you.

Local shifting is usually completed in one day. Intercity moves take 2 to 4 days for up to 700 km and 5 to 10 days for longer routes.

Yes. Beds, wardrobes and modular furniture are dismantled, labelled and reassembled at your new home.

We do not move flammable items like gas cylinders with gas, petrol, kerosene, chemicals, explosives or illegal goods. Perishable food and plants are best carried by you.

Car transport typically costs ₹4,000 to ₹6,500 for a hatchback up to 300 km and ₹15,000 to ₹21,000 for routes above 1,800 km. SUVs, luxury cars and closed carriers cost more.

Yes. Your car moves on a car carrier and your bike is packed and loaded with your household goods, all under one booking and one coordinator.

Keep copies of the RC, valid insurance, PUC certificate and your ID proof. Original documents stay with you.

Open carriers move several cars at once and are economical. Closed carriers fully cover the car and are recommended for luxury, new or vintage vehicles.

Transit insurance is available for every move. It covers damage or loss during transit as per the policy terms, and can be added at the time of booking.

Note it on the delivery receipt, take clear photos and inform our team right away. We help you with the insurance claim documents.

Yes. Your coordinator shares regular updates, and many of our trucks and carriers are GPS-enabled.

Yes. We offer short and long-term storage for household goods, office items and vehicles in a secure facility.
